Happiness at Work and Reinvention Facilitator for Women beyond Mid-career
I support women beyond mid-career to experience happiness and find more joy, satisfaction and fulfilment in their work, either by changing their approach and attitude to their present job or project and finding meaning in it or figuring out what kind of work would better suit their future vision and bring fulfilment to them.
I changed my career in my fifties. The transition lasted quite some time, and during this period, I had to change my approach and attitude toward my HR consultant work to find fulfilment in my projects. Meanwhile, I cleared my limiting beliefs regarding career change, transitioning from a freelancer working on international projects to a real solopreneur finding clients directly in the market. I also made a few detours based on some myths propagated by the self-help industry until I found my way and the work that has meaning to me, brings fulfilment and satisfaction, fits my values, mission and vision of life.
Based on my experience, supported by 25 years of human resource management consultancy and training work and years of training in a variety of personal development modalities, techniques and tools and using them for myself and with my clients, I can help you shorten the transition period from your present work to the desired one, if this change is needed. Several clients came to me to change careers, but by the end of the coaching programme, they could find fulfilment in their present work and dropped the idea of changing careers.
