Tips to use the flashcards
- Use the affirmations in the morning to get motivated for the day. Flip through the cards and read a few affirmations.
- When you feel low and dissatisfied with your work, choose the best affirmation for your situation or feelings. Read it several times, preferably aloud, then flip the card to the back side and implement the tip immediately or in the evening.
- Choose a card daily, repeat the affirmation during the day and implement the tip on the back side.
- Choose a card on Monday. Use the affirmation during the week and implement the related tip.
