Everything you need to know about the challenge

Just 10–15 minutes a day! The tasks are short, practical, and designed to fit easily into your workday. If you can dedicate more time to practising gratitude, there will be optional tasks for some of the topics.

Not at all. Sharing is optional. You're welcome to post in the Facebook group for connection and support, but your practice can remain completely private.

No worries; you can catch up anytime. The Facebook Group will be archived on 14 December 2025, but the materials will remain accessible in the group. You will also get the Challenge tasks in PDF format, and you can download the meditation and the tapping routine, so if anything happens to the Facebook group, you will have them.
