Each workshop has an accompanying workbook. 

2 x 30-minute live Q&A sessions.

The 4 live workshops, the accompanying workbooks and the 2 live Q&A sessions are included in both Basic and VIP programmes.

Note: Recordings of the live workshops and Q&A sessions are only included in the VIP programme.
