Terms and Conditions for One-to-One Facilitation Programmes

The free 30-minute Discovery Call is available to anyone interested and can be booked using the Calendly application. Booking a Discovery Call does not imply any commitment from any of the parties involved. This call aims to uncover the present situation and the challenges the potential client faces, and provide information necessary for both parties to decide whether they want to engage in a facilitation programme together.

All 1-to-1 (individual) facilitation services are based on a Personal Development Counselling Agreement containing the description of the purchased facilitation package, its conditions and the mutually agreed goal of the facilitation process.

All services are delivered online.

The first session is free of charge if the Client steps back from the programme: If the Client decides to stop the facilitation process after the first session, the session is a gift and there is no payment requirement for this session. Also, the Client does not need to justify their decision. However, feedback on the motives is welcome for future service development. For this reason, all payments are requested after the first session regardless of the type of facilitation programme.

If the Parties achieve the goal set in the Agreement in fewer sessions than agreed initially, the Client can use the remaining sessions to achieve other personal development goals or may decide to be refunded for the unused sessions. The average price per session will remain the original price per session of the purchased facilitation package.

Supposing the Client decides to continue the transformation journey after the end of the contracted programme, she can purchase additional sessions at the average session price of the initially purchased programme.

Both the Client and the Counsellor can decide to stop the facilitation programme at any time and terminate the Agreement based on the conditions set in the Agreement. However, if the Client decides to step back from the facilitation process after the second session, no refund will be made for the already delivered sessions. Depending on the reasons for stepping back invoked by the Client, the price of the already consumed sessions might be recalculated based on the average session price of a shorter programme. The remaining amount will be refunded in a maximum of 5 working days.

The Counsellor makes no guarantees or warranties of any kind, express or implied, concerning the results of the agreed programme, as the result also depends on the Client's sincerity, involvement, commitment, readiness to change and actions.

Payment can be made by online card payment using Stripe or by bank transfer. An invoice will be issued for each payment.
