Use this from to cancel your participation or send a money back request

Easy Cancelling Form

Use this form to cancel 

  • any purchase of online services 14 days after your purchase but before you started to consume the service,
  • any online service for which there is a cancellation or money back guaranty period after you started to consume the service  
  • a free Clarity Session you booked using Calendly. Or, you can cancel using the email you received from Calendly when you booked.
  • ask to cancel and ask to reschedule an already booked counselling session. Keep in mind the cancelling rules - at least 24 hours before the session.

In the Message box, you can mention, for example:

  • the reason for cancelling your participation in a training event or a Clarity session (not compulsory, but I welcome your feedback);
  • if you cancel a counselling session within an already started counselling process, suggest two potential dates instead, to reschedule the session;
  • If your cancellation also implies a money-back request, mention number of the invoice and its date. 

Before you send a money-back request, check the cancellation and money-back guaranty rules for the service you want to cancel.
